How you can help

Social media support

Assist us by drafting social media posts, increasing our social media presence and awareness of the mission of Brigid’s.

Host an event (can be virtual)

Do you enjoying hosting parties – wine & cheese night to share the mission, third party fundraisers, direct sales parties and donate the proceeds to Brigid’s? We’d love to talk about how to assist in making your event a success for a great cause!

Grant writing / reviewing

Do you enjoy writing? Reading? Proofreading? Research and application of the information? Help us find grant opportunities, put grant applications together, or review our writing and assist with proof reading and submission.

Provide clerical / administrative support

Are you organized? Enjoy data entry, spreadsheets, ensuring the Director is organized and prepared? Help us manage our database, newsletter or ongoing clerical needs to ensure the staff are able to focus attention on the residents.

Lead or support local outreach events

Are you outgoing? Enjoy fairs or local Old Home Days? Want to support a table and share the mission of Brigid’s House of Hope. Help us raise awareness in the community as we spread the mission of Brigid’s House of Hope.

Join the fundraising committee / event planning

Like talking to people? Planning events? Building passion in others and asking for ongoing support? Join our Fundraising Committee and assist in sustainable funding ideas. May include 5Ks, dinner/dance gala, raffles, one-on-one relationship building, monthly donors, and more.
